It's like comparing a weighlifter to a bulldozer or a crane - it's obvious that a machine can lift more. Or react faster.
They slowed them down to 200ms. It is possible for a human to react as quickly. Though I couldn't do it unless I got lucky or preclicked before blink in.

They still play at a level of a team in a regional qualifier. No the ones winning them but still well above 5kmmr level.

I think its more a advantage of consistency. The bot never gets tired or distracted. His reaction time will always be at his allowed peak. So you can try to get that blink call 100 times and you will fail 100 times against this bots.

Exactly, against pros you would get it 95 times out of 100 with the five not working due to people being on top of the situation.

if they do like this against pain there's no way they can improve enough in 1 day to beat any better team

Especially since the better team can refer to how bad they are against split pushing and that getting blink initiation isn't worth it in many cases.

pain also aren't taking it seriously
i mean i can totally see how if you lose lanes or get behind vs the 5-man, it can be hard to beat the bots, but in a prolonged, more complex games like this they look awful

Tide running away to create space is pretty sick behaviour though
