The reason TI4 was disappointing was because if you have a bad start you basically should GG because TI4 was still played under the 6.7x rules of "you can't come back if you die too much." Today we have comeback mechanics and while they've changed over time (from huge gold bounties for any gank to huge gold bounties for high level heroes like cores) LFY proved that the system can actually work and you can indeed turn it around. TI4 gave the "why can't I surrender from pubs" crowd ammunition. The last game countered them. No, you can out-play a miserable start. | ||
