It gives you a lot of room to do plays that look 'gimmicky' but are very low risk, high reward. Your starfall can do nearly 1k damage with the 2x2 drop, then an arrow on top of it and an extra 600 damage aoe, all the while leap keeps you reasonably safe to disengage afterwards or gives you more mobility to pursue. You're never really going to be a big right clicker anyway, but it gives you so much utility it's almost always worth it. | ||

The delay between time walk and chronosphere is significant, and time walk range isn't that great either especially with a hawk around so most teams can play around it. Also, chrono was on cd from the failed attempt to gank General earlier just there at Roshan. | ||

Pro players have the reactions to smash your dick in the dirt instantly, so the risk is considerable. The reward is also not very high at all. It did a lot of damage to phoenix and didn't scratch anyone else. You're going to jump in, risk getting disabled and murdered for some damage that phoenix can just ult off if he needs to. That's 2 item slots, item slots are a huge investment. People don't take how valuable slots are seriously enough. Every 8 seconds he can do something, then he's a ranged creep. In my book that isn't worth it at all IMO. | ||
