Bloodstone does not give instant respawn unless you are steamrolling the game in which case why do you even die on tinker of all heroes. Super health/mana pool are irrelevant when once again, greaves give way more mana, and the situation in which case raw HP can do job are quite niche, even if i'll admit it can be useful.
And Tinker does not fucking sell soul ring until 6th slot, if you've ever played him, so he would have soul ring until dagon (or even sheep) Plenty more of spam i'd say.

Greaves is probably a bit more mana but not all that much even if we're just looking at mana by itself and ignore the rest. I mean, tinker in that phase of game spends about 2 seconds between rearms, 3 with march. 160/2 = 80 160/3 = ~56 Good luck doing that with bloodstone. Obviously if you're doing stuff even quicker with shift queues, you can manage in 1.5 seconds, so over 100 mana regen. The one reason to buy bloodstone on any hero in the game is mana regen. Rest are small goodies, better covered by better items. If there is an item that does the job better plus has dispel to go with it, why the hell not go with it?
