Their heroes are sort of supposed to be good in lanes and if they do well in lanes they can be tanky and just farm up, when they get Axe blink they can do moves. But instead they lost 2 heroes before the horn, the lanes were questionable, and Secret had to execute incredibly well to try and win the game. But the fight that essentially decided the game was near the radiant secret shop where Secret came in at a very unfortunate timing, Universe missed his call, and Secret lost 4.

Aside from two iffy high ground attempts, I think Alliance played that game pretty damn well. People are shitting on Secrets draft now since hindsight is 20/20 but back when the game first started, most people in here were saying the Alliance draft was awful and game losing. Armchair analysts proven wrong once again.

RTZ didn't play the early game that well. That lost them the game.
Draft weakness just enhanced by that fact since LD is a NICE hero.

Think draft from Alliance was fine then everyone went WTF as they 5th pick Dazzle into a 3rd pick Axe which is just stupid. However the last pick Naga with Razor didn't make to much sense either

Rosters are locked until after TI.

That radiant Secret shop fight was the game deciding moment really, and from the replay it looked like would have been an easy win for Secret had Universe hit the call.
