Actually many Singaporeans can speak in that accent if we want to. The way we speak usually however is rather lazy and we don't put so much emphasis on pronouncing words well. We also tend to add alot of singlish

haha, kelly's singlish accent is still very obvious and strong.
usually, depending on your social circle, most singaporeans code-switch between Singlish (bastardized Singaporean English) and english.
