And yet every single chinese tournament is a big fucking horrible disaster, not to mention that this one is actual valve tournament that should be compared to ti's and frankfurt(that to me was the single best run tournament ever held) | ||

If that is true they picked a network provider with a good in country external gateway but a bad international external gateway on their network. The wall of China shouldn't affect QoS. Perhaps create a delay but nothing else. | ||
