Didn't catch the start of this match, so I didn't see the suicide kills from Techies. But watching the rest, it certainly felt as if Cloud9 won despite the techies doing very little for them, apart from a bit of vision, a bit of lane pushing and tower damage. I suppose it might have forced DC to group together more, not venturing too far without a gem. But of course a well-fed anti-mage can mostly do it alone in the right situation. And Aui did feed away a terrible lot of familiars to the wind ranger as well.

Bajillion cs and couldn't do anything. that logic leaves the question of why and if he was ever actually good in the first place theres irony in that secret's dominance with qop + sf in 6.83, which was more of a comeback patch, involved rolling the early and midgame into rax by 30-40 minutes almost every time, never actually a comeback

i think we've seen very similar drafts with secret where rtz has a billion cs but s4 simply couldn't get enough farm to make it work

Antimage especially shits all over SF. It helps that the game is no longer as early-midgame as it was in early 6.84 I feel like. Obviously that's all gut feelings though.
