Then why did he not get boots, lol? Boots parity vs. no stout is playable because even without mana you're playing ranged vs. no stout melee. You expect your mana to get burned so you use mana aggressively and abuse his lack of stout before you have no mana and hope to get your first laning item out of it. Boots disadvantage means you just get chased out of lane because of the MS difference. | ||
