uhm empire didn't win .. it was when DK didn't lose a single match the entire tournament
i'm only considering it since it's probably the only one that non-navi CIS performed remarkably against considerably strong opposition like EG prime, alliance when before slumping at TI4 and na'vi when they performed OK and IG was also present that tournament.
