Encouraging signs as an Alliance fan despite not securing the trip to China. I felt Pajkatt played great all day, mynuts was good, but EGM really struggled to make an impact. I couldn't help but wish Bulldog was playing.

VP vs HR game 1 had a pretty insane comeback.

While PR player really well, It felt like EGM's invoker was not even on the map (or maybe he was there to feed tiny)
Hopefully Alliance can bounce back and still get the first place, I think in one month time, they will be much stronger than now

Just to clarify - PR secured the spot in China just because they already got to at least the wildcard positions. Correct? They didn't get the number one spot AKA qualified to finals yet?

Yup! #1 gets a direct seed, #2 and #3 get wildcard spots. PR has secured at least #3 by being in the winners finals.

Yes. It's double-elimination. They have to win vs. the winner of Navi vs TT and one of the teams from the lower part of the bracket.
