There are rumours that opening the stream in a new window (button at the top right corner of the screen) and setting it to 720p (not auto) helps to make the stream...watchable. So we don't get the shitstorm happening on Reddit, it's pretty obvious joinDota doesn't have a choice about where they stream on. | ||

Own3d wasn't bad but twitch was pretty clearly better for NA viewers. I obviously can't speak for EU viewers but I remember Own3d tournaments sucked lel. | ||

Every new platform that tries to have a big opening event fails when suddenly 50k or whatever people visit their site. Don't know if the mass of people are a problem at the moment but when one of the most supported organizations presents a new lineup AND people haven't got their daily dose of western dota since a month that has to happen. | ||
