Thats fixed dude

Unless you mean the lack of practice while it was an issue.

Yeah, I meant the 40 days without practice

That is a really strange tweet. A 40 day vacation because of stress? Is anyone buying that as a legitimate reason to ruin your odds at 10 1/2 million dollars? Didn't the other statement from CIS say they took 10 days off during the visa problems?

The almost certain victory to CIS could be overthrown. Or they're just over playing how stressed and out of practice they are to give their downtrodden competitors a bit of false confidence.

CIS is mad overhyped right now and MVP is mad underhyped right now. On top of not having practiced for a month (taking Black^'s tweet at face value) CIS hasn't won a game since TI4 quals. MVP will be the surprise of the play-in matches.

edit: correction, they have won one game since TI4 quals - http://www.datdota.com/match.php?q=711544382

It's obviously all a scheme for teams to underestimate them and make bets less in their favor to claim ez value.

It's probably not stress but getting things together for visa multiple times and black going back to germany.

The team that makes it out of this is going to work so hard to make $0, along with Fnatic.

Ok, but who knows how the team's scrims have been going before all this and really how seriously they were taking these matches? Nobody knows. Any team has a chance to show up and surprise everybody and dominate, honestly. Who knows what Liquid and VP are going to do, there has been a really long time for teams to prepare and there's still a lot to figure out in this current patch by teams so things could change a whole lot between now and the start of the games.
I do agree about MVP though, I think everybody is overlooking them because they aren't necessarily the "fan favorite" or whatever. It's basically a popularity contest and we won't know anything until the games actually start and play out.
I change during the course of a day. I wake and I'm one person, and when I go to sleep I know for certain I'm somebody else

pretty much it's very hard to say how these teams are gonna play - truly a wild card, if you will. only MVP has played more than a handful of broadcasted games in the last month, and it's still hard to stack up regions against each other. anyone can go away with this, really.

I really, think MVP has an extremely strong chance of winning the wildcards. MVP has 2 top korean LOL teams as wells as many top SC2 professionals. Their training regimens are well established and add the fact that they have some of the top skilled korean players in one team, it would be foolish to rule them out so easily.
