for fucks sake, this isn't some random in house league or whatnot. Top 16 teams are here, somebody is bound the get outlaned. Even the great dendi got outlaned by mushi and yamateh. Even 430 had some hard time during his NS play. All they are doing is finding something/someone to blame for their loss. They know for a fact that they don't have the best players skill-wise, they should just accept that fact for now and try to improve their individual play. Synd brought them to where they are right now given the limited skill set they have(no offense, at least compared to other top teams). They should know what they have and take it from there.

Nor would they have a fraction of the fans mTw have today. Anyway, some of these rumours sound like they could be grossly exaggerated to me and I actually regret bringing them onto TL; let's wait for an official statement from mTw soon. firebolt you droped the bomb, now you cant backup man ![]()

As said in Art of war, knowing yourself is important. You need to be able to work with your team's strenghts and abilities and use strategies that utilize them to the fullest, instead of just going "You don't lane well enough"... Especially because laning has nothing to do with being a captain so them not letting him do that job is just... completely under-utilizing your team's assets. No wonder they dropped out and looked horrible against CLG. Hopefully. Synderen gets a more deserving team eventually.

He's a very good player, yes, but doesn't really tend to stand out especially. However, he's one of the very best captains around, and that's extremely important for the teams he plays with. Puppey makes huge plays, the only reason they don't stand out so much is because he's mostly on less visible impact heroes. And he's an amazing drafter/captain that Na'Vi clearly trust. But if syndereN loses the trust of his team it's going to impact his ability to captain them. If he does end up moving teams then a huge chunk of mTw's following will go with him.

I'm not saying puppey isn't a good player I'm saying that his main value for the team is still in his leadership just as is the case with synderen(Though I do think it's easier to play as captain when playing support or jungler because you tend to have a better view of the whole map like that)

Its really a shame to see them falling apart like this, but if the team has really tuned him out, then shame on them.

Yea I don't get it. They performed well because of good drafts and working well as a team. Why on earth would they suddenly think it's about individual skill when they weren't ever relying on that. Seems like their members just got massive egos after doing well now they destroy the team. I am constantly surprised at how stupid professional gamers are at times. It makes even less sense to win a lan against Navi then all of a sudden have a new view on your own team before the biggest Dota 2 tournament in the year.
