In my opinion they should have the same setup as in the prelims: There is an official caster who is listed in the match sheet but everybody is allowed to cast. Of course having Tobi cast would most likely take away from the main stream but I did not see any ads so there was nothing to lose anyway for Valve? To be honest I'd be butthurt too casting aL vs Darer instead of any of the winner bracket teams but yeah :/ Any Darer game has the potential to be crazy, especially when they win it.
EG's impressed me with their teamwork and preparation. It's ridiculous to say that they have so much potential because they have talented players; do people think the top chinese teams are any less talented individually? Playing as one functional unit and not making mistakes isn't about talent, but it's what brings both examples to the next level.

Agreed !

I don't think he is like this normally. But he's been having a week with not alot of sleep. First casting from 6 pm to 6 am 3 days in a row, trying to catch a plane. Get the plane cancelled because of a bomb. Getting to seattle the day before it all starts with a layover in Amsterdam where they had to wait most of the day in the Airport before they got a hotel.
I think most people can get abit grumpy and sometimes do stupid things from all this...

I just finished watching game 3 of DK vs NaVi, holy shit I love this game!

Valve are properly a bit disappointed that he decided to not follow their schedule during the prelims and wanted to cast another game. I think its good that Valve aren't favoring Tobi and showing some love for the other casters. I think that Tobi has handled the entire situation poorly. Both from the drama concerning the prelims and now he whines that he "only" gets to cast 4 lower bracket games (while the other caster combos get a BO3 each). He surely can't expect to get all winner bracket+finals? I imagine hes used to just casting everything because thats what he has done pretty much every tournament hes ever cast. I understand splitting up the games like that but it doesn't make much sense to give him the lowest profile games (imo) and times realllllyyy bad for the europeans to watch, when he is most of the time casting for europeans (well times favouring us).
Valve has properly planned him to cast the finals (WB or championship), so its only natural to give the other casters the opportunity to cast the WB semis.
I think that Valve's solution is close to perfect. Its just too bad that Tobi decides to whine in public, instead of just realizing that Valve is setting him up for the most important games of the tournament.

I am not really sure he can get Synderen to cast with him. Synderen got no contract with valve for casting and valve properly already got another caster lined up for toby I know but there is still a possibility. Still really dissapointed to see the lack of tobi. And wtf is going on with mTw sure I've always thought syderen wasn't the best of solo mids but he was an amazing captain and drafter. And now bckingmad has taken over drafting/captain wtf. They just fell apart. I really hope Synderen can pick up a good team after this. I hope funzii isnt gonna replace synd mid + Show Spoiler +because he played qop so bad against invoker

I will admit to being a very big fan of Tobi. I will also admit to being disappointed with how things were casted. The casting itself was fine (although not a fan of Synderen) but scheduling sucked. I hope this can get all sorted out and there wont be any ill feelings for the future.
Tobi seems to be down as well (as in, sad or disappointed). These are is more recent tweets:
End of a long day, where I was there early..did very little..and tomorrow..well...
For people who are interested, I will be the first casting team tomorrow, casting the 4 lower bracket games. Believe that is all for me
The casters today (well yesterday) did a very good job and I liked them as well. Hopefully, things will be worked out and can get a nice assortment of entertaining and intelligent casters (shoutcasters) as well as those doing the analysis (might I add, Bruno was brilliant).

Tobi is just a hypocritical, whiny bitch with a super inflated ego. I'm glad Valve are only giving him loser's bracket games. I hope it stays that way. He's behaviour in the group stages when he refused to cast the games he was assigned in DotaTV because they weren't good enough for him is totally unacceptable. He left those games without an English caster in DotaTV! He seems to think he's the Day[9] of Dota and have to be treated like a big ass celebrity. Wake up call, Tobi, you can fall off your high horse as quickly as you've got there!

by the way, does anybody have the link to that hilarious interview from singsing and nother guy done by sheever?

I can't seem to find today's games listed on the client when I go to Watch - Recent - Tournament Games. Does anyone else see them? Has Valve just not gotten around to uploading them?
I want to download the reps.

I want to download the reps. http://dota2.com/international/mainevent/schedule/friday/ Go to match page and there's a link that should open the replay in dota2. If it doesn't work go there with ingame browser

You can get replays in game, don't go to 'Recent', just click the Winner/Loser bracket buttons at the bottom of The International section(Watch - Tournaments - The International)
That browser page linked here would probably be much faster anyway, but just for reference.

I don't think Mouz will disband after this but I am waiting for mTw's disband notice any time now. :/

The only thing that may happen to mouz can be about CWM, he was pretty sad/mad after getting his visa denied. Anybody got news on him?

What's the problem at mTw? Is it internal or just performance?
