A mid warlock in some lineups can be absolute hell to deal with. He does need some baby-sitting though, and obviously doesn't work vs invoker or similar extremely strong mids. | ||

I should mention that I nearly exploded with joy over the epic 3 man vacuum into black hole that mouz pulled to basically clinch the game vs WE. A 5 man combo of any sort would probably kill me. | ||

He seems like he could really dominate both as a pusher and also against pushing lineups, and his "nuke" and slows are all very annoying to deal with in all phases of the game. I must admit he isn't very "dynamic", but he does seem like a hero that isn't played much just because noone's bothered to figure out how to fit him into a lineup more than someone who's fundamentally bad like alchemist. | ||

I would assume lack of stuns or instant slows in a trilane, and his spells work best in a trilane, but he needs exp to have points in all 4 skills. Also zombies don't really push or counterpush that well. Other issues would be he needs a high manapool, which leaves him with fewer tanky items, when he needs to be in the middle of teamfights to spread the damage amp. Really too many issues for common usage in progames I must say. | ||
