Not only that but you just can't unless the rest of your team has amazing team fight presence and can protect you 100%. PL with diffusal? You're gonna die if they focus you instantly and your illusions do shit alone at that level of farm.

Yeah, picking PL against mass AoE is retarded unless you're a masochist and enjoy punishment.

PL is the best image hero in the game vs. spell based AoE because of the speed at which he GENERATES images. Every other image hero has to deal with long cooldowns on their image producing abilities. PL alone is the one who generates additional images through the course of a fight.

But obviously this escapes your understanding of the hero, which is one of the best heroes in this version. Well, I won't bother further. Keep thinking Void vs. Rubick is a great idea.

Er you don't pick void for image producing capabilities. Noone ever said rubick vs void was a great idea, mearly it would work better than a PL against that lineup.

Honestly have you ever played PL verse any aoe? Do you even play dota?

I think the closest he has come to playing PL is watching ZSMJ's 6-slot PL pwning Kingsurf, so he thinks PL is an OMGWTFBBQPWN tier hero.

Respectable quote, but theorycrafting only goes so far. If you honestly believe your understanding of Dota is better than what the current metagame offers, your only way of justifying yourself (if other people don't buy your arguments) is to demonstrate it through execution either by becoming the coach/manager of a team or captaining your own Dota team.

Once necrolyte gets ghost scepter, naix can't take him down fast enough. Rubick can't steal much, Kotl storm naix has to have some massively gimmicky ganks + kotl turtling for dk to pull this off.
