The 12 competing teams will play in a round robin format with each team matchup containing at least four best of three games between two teams. The top 4 teams in Season 2 will fight for the $10,000 prize pool to be split by the top three teams following a live Finals Weekend event.
he could have lived, wand after that shruiken, then toggle again.
I'm still not worried though, TL has good map presence still and CK has good farm. MTW not pressing the advantage enough. if TL keeps towers, keeps farming, should be easy win late with RP/CK/Naix.
weird game. lots of bad decisions by both lineups in the early game and as soon as TL won 2 teamfights and it was daytime again mTw couldn`t do anything anymore. hopeing for a better game2. gogo!!
interesting, Both CK and Weaver are really strong in the midgame, outside of Panda ultimate Liquid's teamfight is superior. With good lockdown you can take out the panda, aside from this KOTL can stop pushes fairly well too.
Can anyone tell me why we don't see disruptor as much these days? I'm always impressed with how strong the hero is when I see him(although it's definitely also that bulba is playing a pretty good disruptor).
also game looks like it's getting away from mtw again.

I guess I can compare Glimpse to Time Lapse?
X marks the Spot says: "Where you are now, you're going to go back there in a few seconds" Glimpse says: "Where you were 4 seconds ago, you're going back there now."

I just think of Glimpse as an instant X-marks the spot though that isn't accurate either. Glimpse brings you back to a previous point in 'time' while X brings you back to the original point of cast after a certain time/using it again.

God, having a game like that in a pub, I would be mad , can't imagine how he's feeling right now.
Nice play by Liquid knowing they have to keep Brewmaster locked down, and executing it. Korok gonna give me an ulcer the way he lives at 10 hp so much of the time

to be fair to Synderen
he can not do anything.
I just saw the last 10 minutes but he was constanly getting picked off alone.
They don't have any money for sentries, there was a gem on the field, 5man farming would lose them the game anyway, it is uncommon to see a Nyx and a Disruptor with the two of them being able to pick off a Brewmaster. It is risks he had to take.
The way it works right now is logical from a mechanics perspective, I agree, but dota 2 is specifically being made to mimic dota 1 as closely as possible, and if it doesn't work in dota 1 then it is a bug in dota 2. Period.
It isn't a big deal, but hopefully this will get it fixed soon. It is, if nothing else, pretty OP.

With the exceptions of some things that Icefrog wanted to do in WC3 DotA but the engine wouldn't allow him. A comprehensive list is here:

isn't a bug, there is nothing working wrong there. But yes, maybe Valve should rework how treads and mordiggan work together
edit: also, game one worth to watch? lost it.
It is a bug. Treads+Armlet do not function that way in DotA 1.
That bug has been around for a while now but it hasn't been updated - I guess anything that's still in the game is technically legal
It is legal (as was Lothar's BH and a lot of other things), but anything that's functionally different from DotA 1 is considered a bug unless explicitly stated otherwise by Icefrog/a developer/etc.
I'm not trying to give it a negative connotation by calling it a bug, but a bug is a bug.

Check the video, at one point you have armlet off treads agi and have 264 HP, perform the toggling and have 309 HP. Which sounds about right for the regen than armlet provides, video just shows that it's not working the same in Dota2.
If it is healing, then it is nowhere near the same.

Fair enough then, but I wonder if they're letting this one slide or it's just particularly hard to fix...?

theres a ton of stuff to work on for a small team of developers. its probably really far down the to-fix-list
It always worked like this iirc, only that the old 8 seconds cd meant this wasn't really anything amazing or such. The same is true of Soul ring (use soul ring on str, change on int, gain more than 150 mana). Armlet should get a longer cd again, if not people will be encouraged to use various kind of macroes for super fast healing with this combo. Annoying.
