but anyways playing cups with bo3 finals into groupstage rr bo1 is just bullshit. at least do the gsl double elim groups then so you don't have this weird tie-breaker situations.

btw: anyone should know that navi tends to end their games quickly and go for early rushes.

The inclusion of the jab at Bulba was intended as little more than light-hearted fun, in the same vein as Bulbas own comments usually are to be taken. I do see how it could have been interpreted as being in poor taste however, and as such I've removed it from the newspost.

I generally consider there to be different degrees of "official" reporting, and recaps and results have generally been on the lighter side of things and may hold the occasional jokes and such.

I don't mind karma catching up with Bulba for dissing aL in his banter with Aui but that's exactly what it was, banter. That sort of stuff has no business in a news article about EMS. If it would be an opinion piece or an editorial, fine.

Thank you, I think you made the right decision there. I enjoy most of the articles you write btw. They're definitely a good addition to JD's coverage.

Bulba seems so emotional in these matchs and everytime i see that, i just wonder if that could be a reason, that he underperforms sometimes. Everything seems to so personal to him... he shouldnt have chattet with Tobi, if he got negative vibes there.

Well, the unfortunate reality is that emotions play a very big role in the performance of both players and teams. If you can't shake off a loss and go into your next match with full confidence, the end result can be desastrous and undermine your confidence even more. And from what I can see, the players on TL are actually not the most confident people. They even mentioned this themselves (at least Bulba and Fluffnstuff have, on several occasions). Bulba partly deals with it by poking fun at others (Aui_2000). And today Fluff hands drafting to TC, because he may have lost some confidence in his own drafts (going by what he wrote in previous blogs).

I don't know what to think about it. I'm sure they can find a way to fix it, but it may take some time.

I found the drafts of Fluff in the last weeks really good. Only execution-wise i dont 100% agree with TL.
I wonder why TL tends to 5man up so early and tries to push towers. Sometimes it makes sense, but often i feel like waiting 2-5 more minutes until getting those core items (blink, bkb, etc) seems more worth it.
On the other hand if they go for early game pushes as 5, why does Furion buy Midas. That makes no sense and an earlier Mekansm would help more and win fights.

So there's 2 games going on right now.

Nth vs Rat. And the "will Nth make it in time for DHI" game, as they have 3 bo1's to play before DHI in 2.5 hours. And the first match was already 30 minutes late.
