That's a bad ban from QPAD. Liquid never pick Puck on EU server.

don't think anyone could claim sing is a better mid player than korok despite matchup/server/whatever else

qpad just doesn't feel like a team, when they won against empire yesterday it wasn't because of their amazing coordination and team movement. The fact they formed with 2 new players, one of whom has almost 0 experience in prof. dota 2, obviously contributes.

lol, don't kid yourself. SingSing used to meet Scandal a lot in pubs (before Scandal really had any success) and would get regularly destroyed, and even said that he can't play against him.

SingSing is a decent, but not great mid player. In the West I personally wouldn't rank him top 5.

But because of all this hype around QPAD people are pretending these players are more than they are. Which is a bunch of people who were on mid-level teams. The only exception being Mouz's couple of months of success, which I think many would attribute to 1437 and Black.

Didn't SingSing win / do very well in that mid solo only tournament? Granted it's not the same as playing in an official five man match, but surely his laning by itself is top tier in the EU. Korok is no joke.

1v1 competition only proves how good you are at 1v1 competitions. It really means absolutely nothing, and I don't think he did too well in it either way.

He's a top tier mid depending on your definition of top tier. I'd say there are quite a few players (like s4/scandal/dendi) that are a step above, so I wouldn't call it top tier.

He did ok, but none of his wins were very convincing, including his 2-0 over merlini which was his "easiest" game.

Well, I don't know why I thought he did well then. I recall there being hub hub about Sing's performance in the solo mid tournament, but w/e.
