I really hope Dignitas wins this, I have nothing against QPAD but after all that Dignitas went through this week, you have to feel for them, especially considering that they are doing very well since Sneyking came back.

Um, what do phone internets have to do with anything? The ping on them wouldn't be sufficient to play minesweeper.

I know quite a bit of people who play using their tethered iphone. Oh and i think what they should do is just to announce "postponement" and then do the game anyway. Let BTS cast from replay. No one will know anyway. And most probably if BTS cast the replay in 5-6 hours from now, it is their usual timing.

This is up to Aui and Fogged ISP provider to ACTUALLY change there damn IP address. Completely new. They have VPNs with protection. If Aui did indeed remove most of his friendlist, then the problem is Skype and it always will be. Na'Vi played today w/o Skype. They did so because they know how big of an issue this is becoming. LoL and SC2 got past this and now DotA 2 is having it because it happened so suddenly.

Hm. Interesting possibility, though the data plans are rather expensive in the US. You're referring to getting a 4G connection and then routing the computer's network through it, right? Not everyone in the US has a data plan/cell phone capable of this. The ddos would still be a bit problematic if the way it is being leaked hasn't been fixed yet also (though less problematic since it's easier to change the IP).
