Or play 1 bo3 now, and leave the other for tomorrow? IDK i feel the same, momentum killer.

What are they saying? Their province? "Zhongguo" is China. They say country then city. Or province.

430's Storm? Never seen that before.. Looking REALLY FORWARD TO IT.

I guess after this tourney the Eastern teams will need to learn how to play against Wisp if they want to reclaim their throne the next time around. :/

It's meant so they have equal footing.

i find hon alot more exciting with alot more interesting hero lineups and team comps and strategies
see so much damn chen / batrider god tier heroes (every game usually picked or banned) then the demigod tier heroes normally games will sport a few (weaver / morphling / antimage / SF / spect / alch) in dota 2 every dang game and just always tons of same heroes overall
S2 created heroes fayde, parasite, monkey king, emerald warden, dampeer, shadowblade, chipper, solstice, rally, berzerker, rampage, lodestone, electrician, gauntlet, maliken, moraxus, deadwood, lord salf, oogie. nomad, scout, bushwack, arachna, and like a dozen or so more. these are all incredibly fun exciting heroes that are present in many games along with about 60 original dota heroes too. the lineups in pro hon are so much more diverse
seems dota 2 lineups are alot more limited in choices compared to hon team comps.
hon also has some pretty sweet itemization that is better than dota 2 imo. it has all the dota items then + dawnbringer, energizer, genjuro, all of these items greatly make the games pace alot more fun to watch
just honest question. anyone who has played ALOT of hon and dota 2 care to say why they feel dota 2 is better?
totally not trying to insight hate or anything just giving my opinion and wanna hear your opinion if you play both games.
like with these high skilled teams i just cant help but think, dayum if this was hon would be alot more exciting Well if you think it's boring, then why are you watching? Also it's your thing if you like HoN more than DotA. But some info for you: Out of the 100~ currently existing heroes 90 or even more have been picked. I don't see how that can be considered less diverse. You might want to watch more than a single bo3. ive watched every game of TI3 so far i play both. one is slightly less boring than the other and i appreciate the high skill in the teams. dota 2 and hon games are still extremely similar, only difference is hon basically has 20 extra amazingly well designed heroes, and 3 super cool items that i think would definitely make dota 2 alot more fun if introduced
i agree HoN has some really cool designed heroes. my favorite is monkey king!
but dota 2 still isnt done porting all of the original dota heroes so you wont see anything new/interesting until they get that done.
also i find HoN harder to watch. the graphic style is just so..... i dont know, clumped? dark? i dont know i just find it hard to see whats going on

No Wisp ban or pick? This confirms why China isn't up to par with top tier western teams.

I think it's a call they had to make. at least they didn't postpone the entire series. but these teams are playing some seriously long games, cautious playstyle + Fantasy-timing GG, with nobody wanting to lose. if they played the full bo3 of both these series we'd be here til past 2am pacific time... they simply can't keep the venue open that late
plus there's an SC2 OSL final to watch

I like bananas more than apples and for you it's the other way round. I'll also stop at this point in order to not derail the LR thread any further.
Mu Storm! ^_^

I agree, but i also think that 3 bans was better, after some months of seeing this i feel 3 bans was enough to target ban or dont let the OP heroes out, now that is not possible anymore. Its my opinion only, but i feel 3 bans its just much more important and lets you prepare for matches like this and get a more target-on-bans. thats what i feel as a drafter myself.
