stronger tornado, stronger coldsnap, 2 of ur 3 primary spells and before lvl 12 ur pretty much a 3skill invoker anyway (as qw), all u gain from 1 lvl in exort is an icewall anyway (and an alacrity which only helps u for rosh basically cuz u just dont have the invoke cd to use them). you could argue doing it like ice3 does (getting 3 3 1) and then going back to max wex and 4q is ok, i still prefer the straight up 4q tho.
