What I was trying to say is that I don't think him being in the jungle was him thinking about finding solo pickoffs which he can't really get, but positioning himself so that Sigma doesn't know where he is and he can join his team for example to kill the Tiny and the Wisp, which they did at least once that I saw. I'm not even trying to argue that his build is optimal for something, just commenting on you saying that his build doesn't make sense when he is hanging around in the radiant jungle so often.
