It's the last part which is weird, I don't really see what 6.79 made him going up in picks priority despite the nerf. I think he fits greedy line up because he can just hold mid forever without never rotating, thanks to astral giving enough time for 2 mates to TP.
i guess the passive gold helps him achieve his items?

I remember cancerlancer from some game where it was Lancer vs AM and the AM bought and sold like 3 items (Bfuries, BKBs) and lost anyway.
oh yea that was awesome, pl was extremely behind, AM maxed out waaaaaaaay earlier but just couldn't duel him at all, it was a funny game.
