Yes it sucks having to buy it but its cheaper than regen item + drums and you MUST get the HP since you can't actually safely farm any reasonable item with spectre's base HP. Especially vs wisp, but really vs any competent team that isn't getting crushed. | ||

And its not like I'm a fan of either items on spectre. | ||
