Kick him so he can play with Fluff on SNA and get Demon for carry and get a good support player. Demon will make his own Red Bull team according to GosuGamers, so I don't think he is available. What? Gaming news website completely mis-interpret innocuous statement in order to create sensationalist headline? That would never happen... /s

I think they already pulled it

Do you think Liquid gives fogged a tryout at support if he is actually off dog? Demon hasn't been playing poorly on support but wayto and fogged have some history.

it's pointless to blame any one player at the moment. the team as a whole doesn't work and can't be fixed with bandaids.

I don't know, Dignitas was about as succesfull as Liquid one year ago (maybe a bit less). They just fell apart near TI3.

Why would you ever want to make more moves that commit to wayto when he should be kicked more than TC?

I really think that TC will be better as support, he can be at Aui_2000 level and thats very good. He needs some practice though. In the current meta his carry playstyle doesn't fit at all. TC is more like a 4 defend 1 kind of a carry - he will farm until he gets huge with casual TP's if enemy engage near frendly towers. That limits his pool to several very hard carries - AM, Luna, Girocopter - that kind of heroes, and lets say he is OK LifeStealer. Current meta require aggression from all 5 sometimes, and if you watch all liquid games in the past 6 months, that TC played some kind of aggressive carry they failed badly in 80% of the situations, wining only less than 10% of the games. But if we talk about kicking someone out this should be Wayto. TC and Demon will support, and get another aggressive player that can play 1/2/3 position like Korok, or If not Demon will play the 1/2/3/ depends of the draft, and get a very solid support player. MSS will fit also, because he can also play 2/3/4 position very well depends of the heroes. This will open the draft A lot, and it will be very hard for the opponent to predict the exact game plan. Currently from the last 8 games Liquid picked AA, Nyx, Invoker 5 times and just AA + Nyx 6 times

What exactly leads you to believe TC would be like Aui. Aui was always a micro player, he even played visage during the time he played carry, because he was best at it. And the main thing which makes him a decent support player is that he plays those heroes and he has good unit control and map awareness.

The mechanics that are required from a carry are very helpful for supports, thats why they shine most of the time with the control of their units. Most of the times as support you are required to cast an ability or two at the right moment and that is not very apm intensive, but if you are able to provide those extra shenanigans just to force the opponent to use an extra ability or two or to lose some more time to kill you or to finish off your carry can be game changing.. Not to mention, its not required to play micro intensive supports like chen or visage to be able to do that, TC actually plays very good Dazzle. And most importantly you know what a carry expects from a support at any given time. The problem is that you require some experience to be able to ward / deward / smoke / gank at the perfect time, jungle stacking while you are passing by, rune control and so on. Also because you are used to be in the front lines of a fight, it's kind of hard to get used to stay 1000 units behind just to not die immediately on enemy initiation...

None of what you're saying answers my question.
I told you why Aui had a smooth transition to his role. You tell me that some mechanics that are useful for carries are useful for supports. Well... obviously, it's the same game. I could say the same thing about a mid player or an off-laner. There are great players who've transitioned into support from just about every role.
So, there's still nothing that leads me to believe that TC would be good at support. It doesn't mean he can't play it, but I don't see how you could make any arguments for TC that you couldn't for every other player in Dota. That's not the case for Aui.

Oh man I'm looking forward to a bunch of people who have no grasp of competitive team dynamics nor high-level dota asserting ridiculous things and blaming things on players a hundred times better than they could ever hope to be when a team loses to other professional players.

no that game was a disaster though they almost won

Why does liquid place observer wards into trees to block pull camps. I see them do this every game and I don't understand how wasting an observer ward is worth the 200 to buy sents...

Obs last 7 mins, sentries last 3. 3 mins is generally enough to fuck with some chen camps but often you need to deny the pull longer than that.

Holy shit, why would you intentionally trap yourself like that.
