Mid lane is always blink first. Side lane depends on your line up. If your lane partner or supports can hold down the opponents easily then go backstab, if you need more mobility to reach the enemy heroes then go blink.
I would highly recommend always getting blink first it gives good damage increase and the cooldown is really significant, you can blink to teammates also

It's through emails to your account. A little confusing as to number of beta keys you get from them though.

I would just check my Steam once in a while and see if it's in the Library list. I never got a mail from Steam for my DotA 2 (also wasn't in my spam filters) but it just was suddenly there. <3

Is it possible to get eth blade on a hero like drow, silencer, or pudge? Basically anyone other than morph? (and morph is worse now too)

solo mid int heroes can get it now though heroes like qop, who was occasionally seen with eblade before the change, now have better reason to get it

when playing support should you literally leave all the farm for your carry? How do you get anything if you cant pull camps due to denying well?

Mostly ganks. If your carry doesn't need pulls chances are you can either get a kill on the lane or just leave it to gank mid.

Hmm nice point, i dont gank mid enough. Also maybe im being too passive in lane .... I get a lot of harass in but dont often really go for setting up the kill.

You generally pick up some farm midgame. Particularly as your team will have gankers that become active after about 6 or 7 minutes, there will often be free lanes that you can clean up for some gold/XP while the laner is ganking another lane.
During laning, you will usually operate on minimal farm. It's not uncommon for supports to have virtually nothing for the first 10 minutes, get boots around 10 minutes, and then subsequently have a much more normal rate of development due to having room to get a little bit of lane farm and some jungle camps.

You need SOME farm, enough to at least get regular boots early on so you can roam and not be fish food for the other team. It's hard if the lane is going bad, you shouldn't leave to pull if the Carry is getting slaughtered alone. Just talk with him/her, even a few hits to get boots is important.
Then late game build 5 divine rapiers. Yango approved strategy.

Wondering if anyone got any suggestions for starting items with PA? And any suggestions for late late game item builds?

Stout, Tango, Potion, 3x GG Branch. Try to get Ring of Health asap from side-shop, skill Dagger if you're getting zoned and need to safely get last hits. Battlefury is the weapon of choice.
Late game - Battlefury, BKB, Satanic, Abyssal Blade. 5th/6th item can be anything after this imo.

Late game - Battlefury, BKB, Satanic, Abyssal Blade. 5th/6th item can be anything after this imo. For clarification: Battlefury lets you farm. The cleave it provides is not for killing heros, but for killing creeps in jungle / flash farming lanes faster.
BKB lets you stay safe in the middle of an enemy team. Only skip this if the other team has 0 stuns.
Satanic lets you build your damage into survivability, so it's generally ill-advised to get it before your damage is out of control.
A-Blade gives insane damage and the passive stun synergies incredibly well with your attack speed boost.
I'd say build in the order Slardar listed, but don't build the full satanic (just build the helm of the dominator) until after the A-Blade.

You are usually free to lasthit pulled creeps, get lasthits your(melee) carry can´t get and once laning starts to dissolve you are free to lasthit on lanes you previously ganked/empty lanes. Aside from that mostly gold and assist or kill gold for supporters usually.

Since i'm filling up the GD thread with small questions for some reason ill just continue here. Why dont more people get blademail if it reflects full damage? It seems like for a cheap 2.2k you can just totally dominate the enemy carry and pretty much any high burst damage hero later.

BKB blocks it, and you can just not damage the hero as it is active.
