Get some farm !
Grab a TP and take the farm safely on an abandoned lane. Even if you just afford yourself a medaillon or smtg like that you will be 10X more useful.
Use the reliabe gold trick to eco until your dagger

U have to backup your core in any situation too.

For Treads and Invoker orbs, are the bonuses kept on release of projectile or when it hits? I'm guess when it's released (e.g. EEE+Int, then as soon as twirly ball of flame is thrown but still after, QQQ+Str, this should get you max damage + EHP right?)

My gut says it's calculated when throwing the autoattack projectile, but things like the interaction with troll warlord's ranged bashes is pretty strong evidence that it's calculated based on when the projectile hits, not when thrown. I'll wait for Yango or another wise-man to chime in.

I haven't tested this invoker trick, but I saw a recent youtube video about dota 2 tricks and tips and apparently, Storm Spirit's Overcharge will trigger when you attack, then cast Storm Remnant before the projectile hits. It requires some really fast hands since Storm's projectile is fast and you have to cancel the backswing to cast Storm Remnant before the projectile hits.

It may be similar to Invokers case.

It's really not that hard because Remnant has no cast animation.

Also, that goes along with a ton of other bugs related to attack effects that are checked when the attack lands rather than when the attack is launched. Weaver's Geminate Attack is the same, where the CD is checked and starts when the attack lands rather than when the attack is launched (leading to some hilarious scenarios where if you get far enough from your attack target, your Geminate Attack can proceed to proc additional Geminate Attacks because the CD has cooled down by the time it hits the target).

It's not related to the Invoker case, and attack effects *should* check when the attack is launched. Again, some are bugged like Storm's Overload and Weaver's Geminate Attack, but these bugs are the exception rather than the rule.

If you euls the kunkka and he is in the air DURING the return time, he won't go back. If he lands before the x return, he will.

Yes it's possible to cancel it. If you become invulnerable at the time of return it won't return you e.g Euls, Astral Imprisonment or that little part at the start of bane sleep.
Worth noting, x-mark still returns magic immune allies but not magic immune enemies and similarly you can cast it on magic immune allies but not magic immune enemies.

Thank you both. We had a game earlier with megacreeps on our side vs. a rapier-kunkka on theirs and noone in my stack was quite sure about euls.

I remembered the strat MVP Phoenix did where they levelled kunkka to 8 for the sole purpose of X-Marks the Spot-ing their tinker who would BoT burst people down.
