I'm really getting annoyed by this Team Liquid, a lot of their games are feeling like a feeding frenzy, where they repeatedly run into the enemy team 2v4 or 3v5 all over again...

They have been going ham sammich lately. They all are doing it though which is the strangest thing to me

I'm not opposed to going ham when there's some advantage being exploited, but they lost their 2nd game to 4C&L in kind of a silly manner keeping up a fight for 5 minutes when their heroes didn't fit that bill. Still I don't mind them taking things to the limit, if anything the agressive play has allowed them to overrun several teams in the early stages of the game.
I think esports is pretty nice.

The fact that they win game 1, then try to fight a lot and go ham in game twos makes me think maybe they are just trying a more aggressive style in some of these games.

Either way, going to The Defense LAN! Grats boys!

When are the roster changes coming?
Liquid has firmly dropped into tier 3 territory, failed to get into any major tournaments, a very disappointing result given how they started, but maybe the rumors of emotionally unstable players are true after all.

What tournaments are you saying they failed to get into?
they are in the finals of d2cl, going to the defense lan, participating in starladder, placed alright at nanyang, and are going to the summit. Other than THE major where they laid an egg after looking like the favorites, I'm not sure where they have failed expectations. They aren't expected to be on secret/eg level right now.

Yeah Im pretty sure Liquid is fine, they're not the best but why would they be so quickly with players that haven't stablished themselves as champions yet

It can be very dificult to tell if someone is a troll, or if they actually just don't follow dota. Or maybe you are even both?

Liquid are playing pretty good. I am really impressed how they execute their teamfights as five. They have a pretty wide range of heroes for everybody, and keeping in mind that most of them can be played in either 4,5, or 3 role, makes it very difficult for the opponent to determine the game plan.
The games in the last two days in the defense shows us that they are trying different things for the big lans to come. I mean when they draft and play to win against weaker teams most of the time it is 15-20 mins stomp, but when they want to try something new games end up with 50 total kills in 20 mins and in game like that nothing can be predicted...
This is the best lineup Liquid ever had by far, finally with very strong captain, and players that have a lot of synergy and can be very versatile. They adapt very fast to the in game situation, never seem lost, and the thing i like the most they always choose the best hero to farm aggressive and be a gank magnet, to create space for others. Usually thats Jerax as he is the poorest hero with the lowest level. However yesterday when Matus Gyro was miles behind, having a little bit more than the supports he ate like 2-3 5 man smokes in a row, allowing the rest of the team to split push and get a couple of towers, they lost the game in the end, but that was the best possible thing to do in the current situation.
Im pretty sure that this team will be serious contender for every major lan to come in the next year.

couldnt have said it better. i guess you must be proud of mind_control, since he is from bulgaria. that guy is a beast;)

couldnt have said it better. i guess you must be proud of mind_control, since he is from bulgaria. that guy is a beast;)

Oh yeah, im very proud of Mind_Contrl, he is quite literally one of the top 3 offlaners in the world. I am a big liquid fan from the first day of the dota team, imagine how good it feels now when they are back stronger than ever with a Bulgarian in the team!
