sad there's no Liquid LGD rematch...

I would love to see a Secret Liquid final.

I have to sleep now, but good luck against ehome!!

Ok so i saw the majority of game 2 against ehome. They were so heavily outclassed, it was painful to watch. At no point in the game, i had the feeling, that liquid could do anything to win. I did not see the draft, can anyone explain to me, why they drafted so many melee heroes against ursa? Or was it a 5th pick ursa? Well, i am still ok with 4th place, but they really looked bad against ehome. Hope the get better, or they will not be able to do much against the real tier 1 teams....

liquid looked okay. I think they had the wrong idea, i.e. if we take it late game we win.
Ehome let them take it to late game, but by that point 6 slotted alchemist ran out of room for growth, and Jugg was so poor because Alch is the only one that can farm. And that's that, Ehome whittled down a set of buyback from the carries, went back and farmed up 10 lives and then went for a gg push that liquid can't hold.
Liquid played pretty well by splitting the map up and farming, but they didn't really think they'd lose even after all the farms.

this side-bar ads is making this page lagging like a mofo... i almost gave up typing up my post. I will stick to twitter style short posts I guess

It was 5th pick, although Liquid still lastpicked Juggernaut into it. They were really just outpicked and outlaned I feel, going all-in on sustain when there was an AA on the opposing team, they might've just been tilted after losing game 1 where they clearly had the tools to win the game.

5th pick iirc
Also, against AA and picked 4 heroes rely on sustainable/regen, not a good idea

I did see 1/2 of game one, how the hell they manage to loose it?

Underestimated the potential of Elder Titan. Matumbaman went moonshard instead of tanking up resulting in him getting picked off multiple times and losing all his momentum. Ehome had more mobility and split up Liquid in teamfights allowing the TA to blow them up one by one. Liquid take a bad fight in a choke while their mid is pushing in, get teamwiped, no buybacks on their 1 and 2 and Ehome can immediately throne.

Edit: oh I found it, not sure whether it's a joke or not lol.
Edit2: probably a joke born from an abundance of downtime.

Big deal even if it happened, its pretty much the dota equivalent of tennis players smashing their racquets in frustration.
