Not saying that Loda is a bad carry player, but if their gameplan is making sure Loda gets his farm, he better damn carry this team into championship titles. MVP titles are cool and all, but those are just consolation prizes compared to getting first place. Loda was praised (for once!) because he played very well, not because he had high gpm or kda which are often just the result of the rest of the team's ability to make space/keep the carry alive in fights. But I do agree that most people (including casters) tend to praise carries for their farm which is often a very bad representation of their skill or value in the game. A good example of that is everyone praising Black for his farm as AM against EG despite the fact that pretty much every good carry would have done just as well in the same situation. Black played very well but his farm was definitely not the highlight of his skill.

The difference with loda is that he managed to get farm and actully carry his team when they weren't doing very well. Especially in that first game vs EG, they lost all their towers (which is ok in this patch) but they also lost the laning phase and early game overall but he still got a lot of farm.
Carrying when your team is doing well is easy but when you're losing it's hard.

Chessie can't play as much as they want so they withdrew out of some tournaments.

I must say, the last game between Alliance and Empire tonight (thursday night) was a treat! This "apemother" really fits into the aggressive style brought by Misery. Very entertaining game! One of those games I'm gonna link to in the future whenever people bring out the rusty "Alliance can only rat dota omg" stuff.

sadly PR doesnt do that often enough and you see them losing to some low tier teams

Dood pr is a legit team now.
Seriously they are by far the most underrated team right now. I'm not exactly sure how good they are but they are really good for sure. Going to have to wait for them to play in a lan event to tell.

I wonder what world ppl are living in if they see PR as a Bad team.

What I did say was that Alliance got roflstomped. In this case because they were totally predictable by 1st picking Naga and running the 4 protect 1 strat that they've been relying on the past month. PR played aggressively and punished it. Alliance looked completely lost.

Alliance just suck. I mean their early game is pretty much non existent, they can't gank or win lanes even if their lives depended on it.
I think they should just pick a jungler and a tanky defensive support to just sit in lane and protect Loda. For example get Enchantress or Enigma for the jungle, pick Ogre or Earthshaker to sit in lane and protect Loda. At least this way you won't just outright lose the lane massively and you get some farm and levels.
Pick a versatility mid that has big survability like Brew or DK and give Bulldog NP. Most people aren't banning it these days and its still a good hero, so if they can pick it they should.
