I don't think there is a balance issue though, its more of a anti-fun mechanic for pubs. Pretty sure there are better ways to itemize in pro-games, rather than stacking bash (which gives diminishing returns) | ||

It has a very high proc chance with a high cooldown so that players will reliably get bashes while never being able to get any sort of continuous lockdown. That interacting with a passive bash is broken in this age and the ban on the item on those heroes was made when basher was remade into the current 25% one. | ||
