Sword Art Online II - Not really expecting much from this, I watched the first season (I actually didn't hate the TV adaptation as much as everyone else but I haven't read the light novels so I had nothing to be disappointed about) so I feel an obligation to watch this since I always watch everything in a franchise when I start it. I know SOA gets a ton of flack but I honestly enjoyed it. It wasn't necessarily complex or multi-layered, but I didn't mind that. It was just fun for me - an interesting concept made for a pretty decent setting, likeable characters, cool action sequences, and what I thought was a pretty solid love story (which I'm a total sucker for). Not to mention, I thought the climax to the show was quite good. Some epic fights (the score should get a lot of credit here) and lots of build-up, then a pretty satisfying ending. To each their own I suppose. I know very, very little about SAO II, but I did notice that Asuna isn't listed as an MC, which is a big deal for me considering that the love story was a big part of why I enjoyed the anime in the first place. Synopsis on MAL sounds interesting enough though so I'll probably check it out. | ||

I did really enjoy it though, the cast of characters was amazing and I'm so sad there won't be a season 2 because of the whole scandal TT <3 Inaba!!!!!!!! | ||

I quite liked the art and thought the music was very well done if you're one care for these things but the main reason I enjoyed the show was because of the characters and if you've watched it then I shouldn't need to explain why. | ||

I always thought its some famous japanese group for some reason. I am currently watching Haruhi Suzumiya and wth is this Endless Eight, every fucking episode almost the same, is this even funny. | ||
