EPTpatches 6.79b, 6.79e, 6.80c, and 6.81d
to get past the tutorial in 6.79 create a shortcut to dota.exe. Right click shortcut -> properties -> add -console to “Target” so it looks like this
"C:\Dota 6.79\dota.exe" -console
Or through an autoexec.
And enter dota_full_ui 1 into console
Games are playable through local lobbies, if you can find 9 other players.
