According to liquid calendar game was starting at 10:00 my time and now it's 12:06 and the game still isn't up.

The delay is 2 hours, the rules explicitly state that defloss is to be given after 20 minutes but as usual this is just Canada cup with better production instead of the International

Honestly the decision taken was pretty damn reasonable. This wasn't a case of MSS just fucking off to the gym or whatever; this was a case of an ISP going down over a wide area in one of the biggest cities on the planet. It's not something where you can say "obviously you should have thought of that," and yet because there were a few things MSS and NAR could have done better, the team gets a fairly serious penalty. It doesn't turn the series into NAR versus Time Warner Cable and it doesn't set a precedent of games being delayed for hours with nothing more than a shrug from the organizers. Going fully one way or the other would have been an awful idea, and so they made an excellent compromise.

I like the ruling, the admin made the right call. The game is better off played with a disadvantage for NAR than handing out a DQ because Time Warner sucks.
