the issue is as techies ur whole playstyle is pointless when the enemy can just tab to see all ur mines at will right

Its really not a huge concern in general in dota otherwise, twitch's inbuilt 30s delay is basically enough to make anything apart from dewarding barely worth the effort of streamsniping.

Stream sniping isn't stream cheating though. Stream cheating in dota is almost worthless other than maybe knowing what item someone is going for or maybe allow you to get some easy dewards as Sn0_Man said.

@Sn0_Man I just said it's really common, what am I disagreeing with?

Dodging is a bigger problem than "sniping" in the literal sense, but ghosting and sniping are basically interchangeable right now, most people use sniping for cheating. But yeah, the only real issue in pubs is techies. It isn't limited to streaming too, even the DotaTV delay isn't enough for mines.

Alright emu u have to lay out that to u "sniping" just means watching rtz's stream and queuing at the same time as him in an attempt to be in the same game without any implied ulterior or nefarious motive.
In other games stream "sniping" and stream "cheating" are basically synonymous.

I find the Chinese stacks to be much more annoying, although that's because they always use some form of Chinese, and I understand a lot more Spanish than Chinese.

well thats probably cuz u run into more chinese on USW than South americans (of whom peruvians are the most common) who generally ping best to USE (for whatever reason). unless u queue use, then it's probably because you have chinese set in ur options? dunno.

Regardless, the point is dual: in team games people like blaming their team for losses rather than themselves, and of course its even easier to blame a teammate who is somehow "different". The other part being that being flamed and cussed out at is annoying in english but like really infuriating in a language that you don't understand when ur on tilt. After all, when mad its a lot easier to lose civility and lower yourself to whatever form of attack you feel is most likely to offend. unsurprisingly racism ranks highly on that list.
