I like most of the changes in the patch but what they did to pl just looks terrible. Even if it isn´t a big nerf (which it kinda looks like right now for me) it totally destroys his flair. I just liked to play that hero sometimes because he felt completely unqiue and could do so much fun stuff.
Maybe time will prove me wrong but I just hate all those changes right now:
-Shorter Illusion Duration (Have fun ever getting illusions to hit buildings) -No more magic res on ult ???? -No invisibility removes pressure from opponents to get detection to kill him -A lot less agility near max level -Illusions do even less freaking dmg ? 20% -> 16% -Illusions take even more dmg?? -Diffusal level 2 doesnt burn more mana??
And what does he get? A charge and he spawns illusions faster (which wont do shit probably)
I just loved dancing around engagements in the early game just rushing diffusal with brown boots and aquila or something and throw in lances, esacpe with doppelwalk and engage when I deem it safe.
Seems like that will be a lot worse The hero mgiht be stronger but boring to play

That and some of the dumbest shit was removed, like Doom canceling out some passives, but not others. Same with LC and her ability to cancel out every passive but craggy exterior with duel.
Dota is still filled with rampant bullshit, like that Salve is canceled if you take 20 damage, but urn causes 18 damage per tick, so you can still salve through urn, but it still puts blink dagger on cool down. And the 45 types of illusions with their own damage values and taking different amounts of bonus damage. And every creep being able to be controlled and having its own mana pool and abilities.
Dota is still the hot piece of retarded bullshit we all love. Once the patch goes live, we will all go in there and be like "Yep, this is still fucking dota. OH GOD WHY DOES CHEN HAVE HAVE A BLACK DRAGON AND A DINOSAUR!"

Just played a game of Riki. I think he sucks as a carry now. With no 5 sec blink strike you are so limited later on. Sure it's fun to have blinkstrike stacks to kill a single hero but in the end you have a 30sec cd on blink which is just terrible.
Lvl1 invis is fun, backstab harass from lvl2 seems strong if they dont have stuns.

Urn HAS to get changed though, at least bring back HP Removal or turn it into negative HP regeneration.
Currently it messes up at least 4 big interactions:
1) Blink dagger on cooldown for 8 seconds. 2) Procs Sticky Napalm. 3) Procs Cold Snap (absolutely pants on head retarded). 4) Completely hoses Refraction.
Everything on a billion range instant speed 825 gold item.
That's kinda dumb and I refuse to believe they're going to leave it as is on the patch.

Also the new exp system seems broken. I was 3-0 in a dual lane, then the other player solo kills me and gets more exp than i got for all 3kills combined.

I think its an indirect nerf to heroes like Luna, Gyro and Shadow Fiend, who used to rush BKB as a crutch to stay relevant and avoid being blown up. Now they cant even refresh their bkb.

It's going to be almost impossible now to escape a chase with blink. But IF probably thought about this so yeah, sad day for me :-/

I still think it's a little too much. 8 entire seconds of no blink? I know it's not supposed to be a reliable escape mechanism but keep in mind urn is cheap as fuck, has no cast time and has a long ass range. Some heroes have entire skills dedicated in part to disabling blink, giving it to every support hero ever for almost no relevant gold seems a little overboard.
Urn was already a great item, this buff just makes it retardedly strong. I refuse to believe it's intended, least of all the interactions with Cold Snap, Sticky Napalm, Refraction and god knows what else I haven't thought of yet.

I don't really want to get into an argument about this, but you need to keep in mind that Urn is a really cheap item that goes in almost any hero. I sincerely doubt this is intentional.
Also Tinker already got nerfed enough already, and he's very far from being the only hero hit by this.

Yes, after enough ticks go by. The item is god tier, which is fine IMO. Blink was to good and this makes items like forcestaff and shadowblade more desirable as escapes.

There are other items that give you escapes and initiation. People still have the option to build those. Blink was to good.
