I don't think this is doable without editing the game files. If you're not afraid of altering the files, simply replace the cursor files in the steamapps dota 2 folder (..\steamapps\common\dota 2 beta\dota\resource\cursor) with the windows mouse icon.
I loled at the invisible one :D Replacing all off them doesn't seem the best idea to me unless you're 100% sure you'll know what you're doing, the changes in cursor indicate the action you target after all. And remember to backup!

The invisible one? Do you mean the console command to hide your cursor?
Every time I try to spec (haven't tried playing), the game crashes to desktop and Steam creates 3 gigs worth of random shit in my temp files. Thanks for raping my SSD, Steam.

you should uh... verify the dota files through steam or reinstall.
So I just got into dots 2 for the first time yesterday, I've got a few questions: 1. How to use items in my bag? is there a hot key for it? 2. Is there a smart cast/hover option for my abilities? 3. How do i select my images and how to select myself after? (the item that replicate yourself twice) 4. How to ping on map? 5. How to hold position as well as stop all attacks? Thanks :D

The default keybinds are the numpad keys (1-2, 4-5 and 7-8 iirc).
You mean so that you cast the ability by hovering over the enemy hero and then clicking your spell once? I am not sure but I don't think it there is any option or console command for smart cast.
You can either box your units or ctrl-click them to add them to your selection. You can then bind them to a control group by pressing ctrl-1 to bind them to 1, ctrl-2 to bind them to 2 etc.
Alt-left click.
Hold position is bound to H by default. There is an option to not auto-attack in the menu, but I don't think there's any hotkey to stop auto-attacking ingame.
May not be the strongest hero anymore, but he's surely as fun as he ever was.

Its very frustrating to watch a stream and see that they miss tons of kills and other important things that the very good direct cam always picks up.
Maybe I'm in the minority who feels that way.
I think most casters are just accustomed to being able to move the map as they please, and it feels claustrophobic to let the computer do the dirty work. At least, that's how I feel when I'm in directed camera mode obs-ing games.

Is there directed camera for live games as well?
If you're spectating (join late to watch a Live Game with 2 minute delay) yes it's available. However most games are casted Live (there's a difference, the casters are NOT watching with the minute delay, they are in Broadcaster slots in the game) which there is no delay, thus casters are NOT able to use the Directed Camera. The Directed mode is only available through clever use of the delay, the camera knows whats going to happen because it HAS already happened, it takes you to where kills are about to occur and where ganks are about to be attempted etc. It has some priority system and the rest of the time it loops through random heroes. I hope this was clear.

Smoke of deceit? He also got a giant buff last patch.
Oh, and as a caster it's the live vs delay thing mostly. Sometimes the directed camera will miss something you want to point out, etc. but it almost never misses kills. It's easier to maintain a narrative when you have control over both what's being observed and the flow of the conversation. Now, building a narrative for a specific game on the fly isn't really necessary for all viewers, but I think at least some viewers appreciate the caster attempting to construct one, outlining possibilities and highlighting what actually occurs vs predictions.
