Interesting thoughts:

If liquid is picking up waytosexy and qojqva (which seems to be the accepted wisdom), then what is the holdup? tree.hugger posted this on the 18th:
It's been over a month since Liquid`Dota last played a game. As has been heavily rumored, there are changes incoming, just as there are for almost every other team in the scene. Will there be an official announcement soon? Don't count on it. While we'd love just as much as anyone to come out with a big release and team that's ready to conquer the world, a number of issues make it a bit difficult to resolve things so cleanly.

What we can say is that Liquid`Dota will be in action one week from now in the WePlay Dota 2 League. We'll most likely be using certain players as standins, and fans are actively encouraged to read as much as possible into this. We can also say that we're extremely confident that the form we take after the Great TI3 Shuffle will be even better than the team that took three major championships, two minor cups, and Top 8 at TI3.

TL;DR: They have their team, and will play with it, but it isn't and wont be official.
The question then becomes, why not?
Dignitas has demonstrated a willingness to have other organizations buy-out their players contracts (RS.int and now EG). One would assume they wouldn't be hard-balling liquid while working with the other 2. That means that wayto shouldn't be having any issues signing with liquid.

mouz (who currently hold qojqva's contract as far as I can tell), could hypothetically be more difficult. Especially given the situation with Fata who is playing with the team we affectionately refer to as FlipsideMouzQuantic. Given how that team hasn't really fallen under any specific sponsor yet, it seems like mouz haven't just given up on their players. Yet Black^ is off to china and has signed with LGD.int (unless I've been gravely misled). So the organization is clearly willing to let players go in some circumstances, and one would assume that liquid has the contacts and wherewithal to make it happen.

So then, What gives? I don't know . Anybody got some thoughts? Bumblebee said (yesterday) that "today we made crucial progress" but nothing else. Given that it came fairly shortly before the EG announcement I'm wondering if it doesn't have something to do with Dignitas negotiations. However, if that is solved, what remains?

Not every contract is the same and I guess every negotiation takes it's own time. Maybe WTS has different financial things in his contract, that are harder to negotiate than the hypothetical aspects of Aui's or Fogged's contract. Same could go for qojqva. Or they made the post, not expecting the negotiations with Dignitas to be over so soon, and now they can have the finalized roster sooner than expected and just wait for the right time. EG revealed their roster short before their WePlay match, maybe Liquid will do the same now?

Anyways, let them take time to work everything out. The Stephano-compLexity-Incident comes to mind: when don't do every detail in working with contracts right, things can cause massive drama/trouble/bad PR. We pretty much know the roster, let's be patient and wait for them to make it official.

Unlikely since Fluff/TC/Him are pretty close afaik.
I think its still a reference to him getting booted from EG.

Also in EE's post

Qojva was with the Liquid guys a lot at TI and joined them instead. Liquid is very strong right now, I wouldn't be surprised if they won a Lan finally in the next few months.

So I know there was a lot of speculation about Qojva and TL but this pretty much confirms it.

Major Announcement:-

Orange Esports DotA 2.0 in the name of Orange Neolution had a great run in 2013. However, TI3 3rd placing and USD287k/5 prize money could not keep Mushi, Xtinct, Net, KyxY and Ohaiyo in the team. After Mushi left for DK, we are sad to announce the departure of Xtinct-Net-KyxY and Ohaiyo for a new sponsor – Team T*. We hope the new sponsor who promised to pay more than double of what we can afford (1 Euro = 4.3 Ringgit Malaysia; 1 SGD = 2.5 Ringgit Malaysia) will support them till TI4. As such, Orange Neolution could not join the WPC-ACE Tournament in China this weekend and have to reform the entire DotA team from scratch. We wish the XtincT-Net-KyxY-Ohaiyo+Ice ex-Orange Esports team the best in their endeavor.

To clear the air, Orange Esports did not make any monetary gain or get any transfer fees from the new sponsors or TI3. Yes, losing the 5-man team will be a net loss for us and our fans but we can accept it with grace.

Orange Esports believes in building and supporting the South East Asian Esports scene since its inception 2 years ago. Our DotA, CSGO and HoN teams are widely recognized as the leading & talented SEA team in their respective disciplines. You can expect us to assemble a new Orange Esports DotA 3.0 team of high caliber soon.

We like to thank our sponsors Neolution, Razer, Asus, BenQ and Kingston for their relentless supports. Last but not least, we continue to seek out supports from you – Orange Esports fans!

Thank you.

jeez, i can't believe Orange just lost their entire team. Who isn't gonna be salty about that...?

Not to mention, finding solid and experienced player again in the same region now even 1 year prior to TI4 is gonna be really difficult.

So Korok is just standing in for Dignitas? Not leaving from TL, at least that's how I understand it after Nazgul's announcement. Is Qojva stepping in for Mike's place?

Orange Esports did not make any monetary gain or get any transfer fees from the new sponsors or TI3

This is why ACE (or KeSPA) is essential in order to make the esports market grow. The long time sponsors of Orange just lost all their assets in a blink of an eye without getting any compensation.
I think their strategy is to dumpster bad Western teams (c) uriel

I wonder how things would've shaken out if Orange won TI3.

Shame, I really liked the team and it's sad to see this happen to them.

Good thing I came to see them when they were in our country to play a LAN event. Only time I would ever see them play together as Orange.
