I think overall it is meant to compliment the faster pacing so the #3-5 heroes can get it for the ms (and the heal/armor of course). | ||

The first two changes are pretty big, I'll agree. The third one, not so much. Ghost Scepter OD is situational at best, and really wasn't anything close to why you pick the hero. You get OD because he demolishes the enemy's lane and sets you up for a fantastic midgame because they have no mid hero. That hasn't fundamentally changed all that much. The big difference is that you can't dominate lane quite as reliably, and have a hell of a lot resting on your Aura procs. Bottlecrowing should fix that, even if it sets him back a ways, and he still should be the nightmare matchup for a lot of mids. I really, REALLY hope that the item proc nerf sends him straight into obscurity, but I doubt it'll be the case. | ||

I think maiden could work also. Its cheaper item then septer and gives 5% more ultidamageoutput, pretty damage/cost efficient. If u ever get a septer, then u could take this armour after. Or, if ur team wants to push earlier, get this veil first because u will not have enough for septer. If an enemy pops a bkb because maiden does her ultimate in a 2v2 or something like that, u should smile because they lost alot of gold and magic inuminty right there. A lvl9/10 bkb charge is like the daimondgold. Right? I see the veil more as a drums for inthero's with a nice damageultimate (scorpion/maiden etc). Gives them basically everything they need at lower cost then a septer. | ||

With level four double meepo you can get kills before your opponents even have ult. Every carry's farming capabilities have been nerfed but with his ult he gets a early ganking capabilities. | ||
