I'm in very high level games or w.e (if the percentile was still accurate) and I still get this afk jungle 1 level every 2 minute shit.

Easy... It's about 20% more DMG per "Hit"... So its a 20% dmg increase.

Also, going way back, because the heroes that wanted Vanguard were tanky Intelligence carries like Leshrac, DP and Necro. You'd get Vanguard and Bloodstone and just wade into fights using all your shit. Both Bloodstone and Vanguard got nerfed to end that meta. Bloodstone had hp regen from charges removed and has been steadily getting buffs to compensate. Vanguard got a series of more gradual -hp nerfs. That's also the meta responsible for the differences in damage block between ranged and melee versions of items, IIRC, and for Heart's change to out-of-combat regen only. You'd have heroes hitting each other forever without event.

I think eye of skadi, linkin sphere buff, veil of whores and Pipe changes are nice. Although i wonder if the Veil was more interesting with 12int.

Watching how the meta change every single big patch and how people try to figure it out makes for a extremely interesting experience.

Some of the changes I am unsure about but overall, I am happy. There does seem to be a somewhat change in the philosophy of skills and perhaps raise in skill level required. There are a good number of changes that allow for more dodging and putting more emphasis on aiming properly.
Making skills able to be dodged more easily I think adds to the entertainment of the game (Pl, Sven, etc) and making heroes like NA have to aim and not simple target.
Overall, I think many of these changes in collaboration with each other will change the overall feel of the game. I look forward to see how all of this influences the game.
Edit: Bloodseeker with 1900 movement speed is crazy and thus far, broodmothers web seems a bit iffy still. I think it needs some fine tuning or something.
