So we will get situation where you wait for roshan when it hit 8min but he doesnt spawn till 11min so you lose alot of farming time while other team farm up and you fall a bit behind. Or you get situation where you go smoke gank their jungle and roshan pop out at 8min and you are screwed because you tried to go gank and roshan spawn at the earlyest time possible. I really hate this change probably the most because it make the game more random. An example is having random creep spawn in the jungle is rather annoying enough since some game as chen can be complete shit cause you get no good creep (mud golemz). Obviously the chances of it happening is little but when it happens, people will be rather unhappy. I think there was a game in the International 3 qualifyer where they had a doom mid against QoP and doom only chance on being relevant mid was if he was able to devour a Satyr to have the regen able to stay mid. And he actually found the satyr during the first creep spawn. The game would of been completely different if RNG was not in his favor and spawn hellbear instead. I think the roshan time was fine, dont understand at all why the change. Because it requires teams to check Roshan, rather than just farm until it is fight time. Now they have to exert map control and made decisions. Before, in a close game, they didn't have to make a decision. They farmed until Rosh came up, then fought.
A little chance makes the game interesting and rewards the team that thinks on its feet, which is what Icefrog seems to reward.

Doesnt this indirectly buff weaver more because weaver going to be harder to catch since the game is more dependent on dust as a cheap for of a detection with the gem cost increase?

Nope, because necrobook provides true sight and you can't dominate the demons any more. I don't know if its a good plan, but weaver in a bit of trouble if it does.

Update 2:
- Fixed various tooltips - Fixed Armlet Toggle still having a small cooldown - Fixed Bloodseeker getting slowed down by haste
So Bloodseeker can now hit almost 3k movespeed with 5 low health heroes, the optimal build, and a haste or Dark Seer.

The player will have to manually cast a, lets say a diffusal blade charge, just to dispell it? Well wont aby just cast another one cus of the short cooldown?
If its dispelled does it still burst the shield and damage enemies?
