After rushing to 70 on day 1 with my Wiz, I was excited to start a Crusader and haven't stopped since today really. Very fun class for the most part. I picked up a Blade of Prophecy around level 64 or so I think, around when I finished Act V and began grinding adventure to get to 70. I'm still using it. The Blade of Prophecy + Condemn + Judgment/Resolved, along with a nice Bombardment and/or the crit enhancing Law active, is a hilariously fun combo that actually works really well for elite packs.
The problem is with everything in between. Normal mobs, especially if spread out, are painfully slow. Waiting for cooldowns gets grating, even though the combos when they're up are ridiculous. I tried my Wiz again today for the first time since starting the Crusader, and they're at similar gear levels, but the difference is striking. The Wiz is much faster and more efficient overall, and has the bonus of mobility as well.
I hope they nudge a few things around about the Crusader because I really like the overall class and feel (and they have some insanely cool gear too, yay transmog!!), but at 70 they feel pretty weak unfortunately. I think their long cooldowns are justified, because the combos, while fun, are considerably powerful even compared to other classes. But they really need to retool the wrath spenders I think, because the DPS inbetween cooldowns is ridiculously low, even with Sweep and +elemental damage synergy...

Crusader Wrath generation is painfull slow and your spenders are unimpressive at best.
All the dmg a Crusader has seems to come from CD's and imo even those dont compare to almost every other class.

How to lvl up from 60 to 70? I am "only" 67 but this is very demotiviate to play (from 60 to 70), i took ~20h for 7 lvl's. It's bounty/rift still the fastest way to lvl up?

let your pride go and drop the difficulty.
I dropped to hard, too when i reached like 65, because there just arent any items dropping. At least in campaign they didnt.

Find out where the bonus xp pools spawn and check those locations out to stack some bonus exp. That helped me immensely when I leveled the last 10 levels on my crusader.
Also don't waste too much time looking at gear + crafting. All that will quickly be obsolete once you're 70 and get your grind going.

As it is now, I'm lvl 50ish and one-shot pretty much everything on expert.(due to lvl 60 wep with -13 lv req) Would you say Master is worth it then?

If you can kill everything reasonably fast, Master is worth it. If you can't kill a treasure goblin, you know the setting was too high.
It's just Expert difficulty that is completely pointless by design.

Treasure goblins have invincible frames as far as I can tell and are immune to everything.
It's just Expert difficulty that is completely pointless by design.
Expert gives you double blood shards on bounties as well. I haven't found blood shards to be particularly useful though beyond getting a set of ilvl 70 gear.

Anyone has got any decent way to farm with the crusader ? Every build i try is just too slow to solo with compared to DH and Barb. I don't mind being a bit less efficient, but holy crap it just sucks at farming solo with him. Cooldowns are cool and stuff, but sometimes you need to kill trash and run around, and the crusader can't do any of those semi efficiently.

Farm 500 blood shards on one of the good classes and then go to the casino with crusader.

DH/Barb etc are all way faster but my crusader can do T1 at a decent rate

Provoke is strong for both wrath regen and damage(since wrath regen sucks you kinda need this)
Spam hammers, use Law of Valor and Champion if you want to go to town(use them often since the CDS are short)
Steed for mobility because Crusader is slow as hell(put your Paragon in 10% MS asap), if you don't mind the slowness then you can get Bombardment to destroy Elite Packs.
But yeah still very medicore compared to Wizards, Barbs DHs and Monks
don't know about WD because I never see one.
At T2 and above I either can't clear fast enough or I die to make it worth doing.

-15% maximum movespeed is quite the burden for farming rates.

Well I enjoy the class and I'm going to stick with it, it could definitely use some tweaks though, sustained DPS is pretty pitiful.
At 400k damage and 5 mil toughness I can't solo Torment 1 with efficent pace yet, might have to start leeching in groups even though I hate that.

Why Long Arm of the Law? Seems like a mediocre passive.
I'd take Finery, Hold Your Ground, or even Wrathful with your setup.

where does the healing in there come from? i thought holy cause is basically core on crusader
anyways i have 34% CDR and use lord commander so bombard is pretty much up for every single fight i need it in. i haven't really tried to go past expert on HC yet since i don't have a pair of phase boots, what do you do when you get walled in? pop steed and pray you can path out?

I like Long Arm of the Law for grouping and its strong for taking out Elites for that little burst that it provides, it also allows almost 100% uptime if I put on Champion so I can do some large amount of burst.
All my healing is LoH/Life regen, I don't do any holy damage so Holy Cause is a nono.
Ill take a look into Finery for soloing though, its 420 str for me.
I play SC so I can't really say anything about HC but in my experience the mobs are dead by the time whatever I am walled in starts doing damage(and I can facetank quite a bit+use a healing pot), if its mass arcane sentries I steed ou.

oh i thought you used crack, not burst, on justice
is the aoe on burst worth it or are you just using it for stun/+lightning damage?
