So for now I'm still sadly sporting a rare chest. Here is what they look like since I couldn't find a good D3 model viewer anywhere like there is for WoW. Rare 60,61,62,63,Legendary (Tal Rasha shown, Innas = light blue, Tyreals = worse). Haven't see Zuni's or IK chest on Monk though. ![[image loading]](http://i.imgur.com/BYf3ol.jpg) | ||

he wants to be able to do mp 8 ubers without dying at all so I'm looking for benchmarks: what AR (OwE inc) and lifesteal do u need for mp8? Notwithstanding playstyle, is there anything obviously wrong with his build/gear? He wants to get a 4 piece of inna and an echoing fury... Advise! | ||

I do MP8 at ~700AR, 3.8k armor and 45k hp(you only need about 35, but 45 is safe). Depending on boss I either use my WKL for ~650 LoH, or lifesteal weap(90k unbuffed) with 450LoH. | ||

Chazza's Monk friend here - thanks for the replies! I decided to stop being lazy and post myself. I have a couple of followup questions (also - would you guys mind posting a link to your profiles so that I can scope out your gear?) 1. Did you guys switch over to AR gear, and drop OWE or are you just using less resist gear in general? 2. Are you running LOH + LS because using just one of them would not keep you alive? 3. If I was running with one weapon with socket and lifesteal and the other with socket and other nice attributes (dex/vit/att speed) would I be dying lots again, ie. is it wise to try and get 2 lifesteal weapons? 4. If I can get a 1k dps weapon with socket + lifesteal + random stat (int/vit) for 20mill, and the same weapon with dex instead of random stat but at 140mil, is it better to spend the other 120mil on other gear or just have 1 "perfect" weapon? Thanks all! | ||

Recommend Tailwind in every item/xp build.. can actually come close to WW bab speed with the right gear. | ||

Should I just safe up for a skorn that's the same but with lifesteal%? Or aim for better gloves/shoulders/radiance? I don't really have a idea about how much lifesteal heals for with tempest rush/sweeping winds, so some insight would be awesome before I throw away 300 mill. | ||

I'm not sure which way to go at this moment; I saw some nice looking tyrael pieces, blackthorns looks good too. Or I can get the belt and go for Inna's set of 4, but I feel iffy about that. My 180 vit + physical Blackthorne's Cross cost a measly 500k in 1.05 and bumps my HP almost 20k. Blackthorne's Pants and Amulet combine to always give +23-26 % life, +200 vit, 778-1136 LoH, 8-9% ias, 19-20 mf and 4 random rolls to bump up an extra 300 dex, 300 vit, 100+ resist, etc. (prices will vary, but vit & specific resist will be quite affordable ) Just don't ask for crit on the amulet if you want it for cheap! My pants cost 5m back in 1.04, and they only get pricey with sockets. But any combination of 2pc is good, depending on what slots you already have strong gear in, amulet/pants just come with by far the best pre-determined stats imo. | ||

Any general advice on what to work on my gear? One more thing, I mostly farm MP1 act 3 Alkaizer runs for paragon level, but I can't play more then an hour or two a day, any route and or MP advice? | ||
