Hello, I'm kinda stuck on gearing and need some advice. I have 40 mil to spend and everything seems like a side grade where I'd be shifting around some stats for very minimal gains.

Until recently I was wearing a 8 IAS, 48 crit damage, 25 dex (lol) witching hour which I dropped myself (currently trying to sell on AH), so I could get an Inna's chest with some extra vit to retain the set bonus and use the witching hour again. Due to the set bonus, using inna's belt is 6k dps better than my witching hour. Alternatively, I could try and get dex strongarm bracers with some vit and get Nat's boots with 170 dex but no vit, but it seems that overall I'd gain a little dex and lose 1.5% crit. It would put me in a better position to get a nat's cloak later to get the 7% crit chance set bonus, but I would need the random rolls on nat's cloak to be decent, since I think my current cloak is pretty good. Other ways to get the set bonus are not that appealing since nat's helm seems bad, and I can't afford good nat's rings (29% SoJ is pretty nice even though it doesn't affect my character sheet dps). And then there's always the question of whether I should get a manticore, but that would screw up my +8% holy damage and +6% lightning damage, and most of the ones I could afford atm aren't very good anyway. I could get a better rare crossbow, but ~10 mil for 60 weapon dps increase seems wasteful considering how fast mid to low range weapons depreciate.
I should also say that I don't have problems with survivability in key farming in MP5 when I switch a few skills (current setup is for low MP farming). More dps and more life would be nice, but not urgently needed. Should I just sit and wait until I have more gold?

get a bow for sure. buddy snagged 1040 double sock, 170 dex manticore yesterday for under 40m. A similar xbow would be at around 1400 dps 50 crit and socket. gl and just try to find a good deal.

Helm has been upgraded recently, so, yeah, that's not the REALLY obvious spot anymore. I wanted to get some better rings/amu however, there does not seem to be any at my pricerange with cc and cd and some dex. Guess i could get bracers for a nice boost i can afford, and maybe a sightly better weapon too. Any thoughts?

Got an innas glory that might get me some more millions, so, maybe my limits aren't that tight. How do i upgrade this?

you're probably in EU servers, and i'm not sure how the prices compare, but rings are super cheap. look for dex, crit chance, and crit damage. also get weapon damage if you can. dex, cc, cd rings are only like 100k on US servers.

Well, got a better bow now, found a silightly better amu and bought a cheap ring. Rings with ~ 80 dex, 20-30 cd and 3cc are around 1m though. Meh.

It's more efficient to farm lower MPs. You get more xp and items overall.

Basically it's about speed vs quality,cause the bonus mf from the monster power stacks above the max of 300 from your items. But if you can clear things a lot faster in lower levels of mp, without dying, it's better than farming for a long time, dying often, at a a higher mp level just for the additional mf.
At the same time if your totally tearing through one mp, and could possibly go slightly slower at the next one, then obviously your missing out on an opportunity to get better stuff for little to no difference.

Hello guys, me again, asking for some more help.
I had extra money laying around, and I felt behind everyone in gear, so I bought 700m gold for $300. I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me gear my character, currently my gear combined is 15m~ 
I am a paragon level 11 DH, on the NA server... I don't really know which stats are good at a higher level, what I'm looking to get for everything. If another 700m makes my character a lot better, I don't mind that investment.

This might be a terribly noob question, but I've always been playing with torturous ground, to slow/root mobs while kiting, and otherwise entangling shot (6 hatred per shot, big aoe slow). Anyway, I'm looking at all the builds you other guys are using and you recommend hungering arrow and gloom instead of what I have (I hotswap 2x 1h xbows with life on hit instead of gloom for reflects). So, uhm, how do you actually kite stuff, like if you meet fast units or so?

I just stutter step backwards, and if they get too close i'll use vault w tactical advantage. Gloom is really nice. Smoke screen doesn't even compare anymore with duration getting increased to 5 seconds.

So i get lucky and found a perfect stat Inna's Radiance which banks me 145mn so now I have plenty to upgrade my DH. From all your expert knowledge, can you please help me and suggest which gear to upgrade for the best value of money?
Bankroll: 145mn
These are my priorities:
1) Upgrade my dps without sacrificing any survivability (and i need more AR still)
2) Able to farm mp 7-8 on uber boss
3) Value preservation: I don't want to see my gears depreciate half in like a month....
and...i still love some atk spd on my build as bola shots with stun is amazing!
I am thinking to go for a 2-socket Manticore but maybe spending on other parts would be better....Please suggest and any comments are appreciated!

I guess there are people who actually tried both options, so here's the question:
Do you feel life steal on weapon is a good stat? I've been running with 3% LS since forever and I'm quite confident it made me stronger against reflect damage packs and more confident in general always staying at full hp and not wasting discipline to heal up small wounds. However, I feel it's time to upgrade my weapon and prices skyrocket for really high DPS guns with LS on. I currently sport a 1070 DPS manticore, I'd like to upgrade to something with like 1200 DPS (still keeping 80+ CD and a socket ofc), but I feel that with LS it's well out of my financial reach for a long time. Is it worth it to dump LS and go for pure damage?

Why is everyone so into manticores? Is it because of the crit damage, so you get a higher burst? In the damage calculator my random 1373 dps 600k xbow does more damage than 10-15m manticores with gem. I guess sustained damage isn't as important?
Edit: Another random question while I'm at it! I see Ball Lightning getting suggested and I'm currently using it to great effect. Why am I using this and not nether tentacles? Does all mobs have significant higher resist against regular damage than against lightning? The % damage and aoe are otherwise the same.

Ball lightning hits multiple times, nether does not. I'm not sure exactly how it works but ball definitely does more damage in bigger aoe.
