I got to act 3 with budget Nat/Mf set and hit the same ole wall. (Ghom) So I went and tried DH tank spec and did ok. ;-D Dropped 4pc nat as it didn't have enough resist and disc wasn't a big problem for that build. Why shouldn't it? Nat 4p is overpowered, hence the need for the change itself, but to not make it retroactive is to basically give a freebie to those who have it already. This isn't other legendaries that are becoming stronger after the patch so a new one you get should be better, this is a set becoming weaker. | ||

The new nats set is rumored to roll higher stats though, to balance that out. With the old one you had to sacrifice quite a bit of damage if you didn't have the best of the best pieces. They should work out to roughly the same efficiency. And I don't think the old nats set was necessarily overpowered; full sets are tough to get and should be very powerful. Prior to the changes coming in 1.04 it felt like one of the few sets in the game that was actually as powerful as it should be. | ||

Skill Rune - Jagged Spike Can no longer trigger procs Goodbye LOH tank DHs. Actually, I'm not sure what this means. Does LOH count as a proc? If not, does caltrops still have a proc coefficient that affect how much LOH you get? Hmm... | ||

Skill Rune - Trail of Cinders Now leaves a trail of fire behind the player dealing 1500% weapon damage over 3 seconds An interesting change to Vault that I have not seen discussed much - it seems like a lotta damage - anyone going to use Vault and this skill rune? I'm running Bat, Gloom, SS, Prep with HA and Cluster Arrow. I'm already thinking of swapping Bat and Gloom for RoV and Vault. If I feel gloom is too valuable, I may just swap Bat for RoV. | ||
