Germany and Europe in general have really good infrastructure for their public transportation, due to their need to do so because of population density cause the countries are so small. CAlling it like it is. He's pretty much confined to mooching off friends, only having a job that's nearby and overall being the "scrub" from that old 90s song about the scrub in passenger side of his best friends trying to holla at me.... etc etc. I haven't done a lick of work in 7 months at my job and it appears that in a few months ill be transferring to a different "department" where I'll actually have to do stuff. And it terrifies me. | ||

Fuck that shit. No reason for him to pay fuckloads to use a certain mode of transport just to avoid some arbitrary social pressure, and judgement from people he doesn't know or presumably care about. Reasons modern over reliance on cars is retarded; -They're fucking dangerous. -They make it too easy for people to avoid leaving their comfort zone and not live in the world. People live in their own worlds in their heads. You can be in a traffic jam, and you're surrounded by hundreds of people, but to you it makes no difference, you're stuck in your little closed off, warm steel bubble. -They spew out stinky shit (see LA's yellow sky, what's that about) and they make walking anywhere a nightmare because you can't get away from the fucking noise they make when they go past. ssssssssssshhhhhoooo. shhhhhhhhhhhhhoo. shhhhhhhhhoo. Tiresome. Basically if society judges the guy for not having a car, that's a problem with society and not him and he's under no obligation to conform to it. Public transport's not that great over here either, but I cycle 10 miles to work every day. Keeps me fit, saves me money, and more importantly helps stave off small mindedness of people who can't go to the local shops without hopping their ugly fucking cars.
