To sum it all up, both teens have been charged with two accounts of animal cruelty and will go on trial. But, since they're both juveniles, the punishments will be minor and the records will be sealed. Big surprise. Schulte says he did not know what punishment the boys may face if found guilty, but said the penalties for a juvenile conviction could include psychological counseling, court monitoring until they turn 18, community service to provide restitution for treatment of animals, and/or placement in court custody. In other words, less of a punishment than I get for mooning the other team's fans at a football game. The system works... | ||

They are dumb confused kids who probably were shaped by their environment to be fucked up in the first place.
