The crash ur describing is not related to the maps and happen whether u use Stormplugin or not, and it also gives other players a dropscreen... so don't worry people won't think you hack

Hacks won't be easily patchable against this, if they are even possible to patch vs new method. The triggers you're using are by definition tricks, nowhere near as powerful as regular antihacks. I'm all fine with you advertising that they currently beat hacks, as they do, but to say they're going to be hard to patch against is fairly false (and wtf do you mean by "directly"? As far as I know, the triggers you're using can only access the data portion of SC, which is going to make it pretty much impossible to detect maphacks 'directly' (which I would take to mean detecting code changes in certain parts of the game)).

I can't for the life of me figure out why people have so much confidence in "regular antihacks." They are as trivial to defeat as these maps are - with the difference that the antihack maps might not be properly understood by someone that specializes in reverse code engineering rather than starcraft map making.

The difference being, a properly written regular antihack can self-update and detect new hacks, these maps become obsolete once the hack author works around them and provide no protection against many other types of hack.

Both are obsolete once the hack author works around them. Sure, you can make a new antihack, and the hacker can make a new workaround, and you can keep on going forever. In the end people just need to stop being no-life asshats and learn to play a fair game ffs.

Ashur probably means that there are passive/external hacks which wouldn't cause a drop because they are undetectable by the map. I suggest you to be more careful when choosing words.

As for patching the maps, I can't be specific, but it's going to be much more complicated than simply "patching" the hack this time. Since most of you don't understand EUDs at all or how this works at all, please don't say false things you don't really know about like "WELL THEY'LL JUST PATCH THE HACK SO WHO CARES" because it is both misleading and demoralizing. Also, this should work on even all private maphacks, and definitely works vs all current public hacks.
